Week Fifteen Picks

We did alright last week, picking both the Titans and Patriots to win. Of course the Jets let us down in more ways than one and kept us from perfection. Live and learn. On to this week and hopefully a better calling.

Houston Texans (7-7) at Miami Dolphins (7-7)

The Dolphins lost a very tough one last week and have a slim but possible shot of making the playoffs this year. The Texans have not been playing well enough and the Phins play tough at home. Expect the Dolphins to get one step closer to making the second season.

Texans: 20 - Dolphins: 24

Jacksonville Jaguars (7-7) at New England Patriots (9-5)

All the hope in the world won't change the fact of an average Florida team going to New England in the winter to play the Patriots. Hope is eternal, but winning in December is what the Patriots do. Expect it to be a big homecoming for the Pats.

Jaguars: 17 - Patriots: 24

Buffalo Bills (5-9) at Atlanta Falcons (7-7)

As much as we wish the very very worst on the Falcons from now till the end of days, they will have enough in them to beat the Bills at home. Expect the Bills to collapse pretty much towards the half.

Bills: 10 - Falcons: 27

New York Jets (7-7) at Indianapolis Colts (14-0)

A few good licks on Manning and he will be puled for the playoffs. No point in costing them a post season against a team not going into the post season.

Keys to the Castle: If the Jets can actually play 4 quarters of any game on any one side of the ball, they can win. No collapses in the first quarter.
