The Houston Chronicle writes about the 2012 Olympic bid and the West Side stadium plans.
"But as Doctoroff prepares to refine his pitch to 125 members of the International Olympic Committee that will choose the host city in July 2005, he faces opposition and confusion at home regarding the Olympic plan's centerpiece -- the $1.4 billion Javits Convention Center expansion that will serve as a stadium for the Olympics and the Jets."
