"In 2005, only three tight ends were picked on the first day of the draft. But with the impact Antonio Gates, Tony Gonzalez and Jeremy Shockey have had on the game, NFL.com's Pat Kirwan believes tight ends will be a hot commodity in the 2006 draft. By his count, up to eight teams may be interested in taking one in the first three rounds, and he looks at which tight ends will be near the top of the draft board."
