Week Twelve Results

It was a good showing last week as we successfully sniffed out Bills, Patriots and Jets as winners, let us hope to keep the momentum rolling this week.

San Francisco 49ers (3-8) at Buffalo Bills (6-5)

It should be all good news for the Bills, they are not completely out of the playoffs and are hosting a West Coast team that isn't very good. Sure the new 49ers head coach could drop his pants again, but it won't be enough to overcome the time zones and the Bills which are firing on at least half their cylinders.

49ers: 27 - Bills: 34

Pittsburgh Steelers (8-3) at New England Patriots (7-4)

The Patriots have been putting up big yards as Matt Cassel but they haven't played a defense like the Steelers just yet. Big Ben will do just enough to win the game and Matt will do just enough to lose the game as the AFC playoff race heats up.

Steelers: 21 - Patriots: 20

Miami Dolphins (6-5) at St. Louis Rams (2-9)

The only thing the Rams have going for them is they are home, other than that they are outmatched by a team that is playing a hundred times better than last year. Chad Pennington likes the domes and the Rams defense won't be able to deal with the Wildcat offense. Not a blowout, but expect the Dolphins to win it close like they have most of the season.

Dolphins: 20 - Rams: 17

Denver Broncos (6-5) at New York Jets (8-3)

If they Jets can ride some of the momentum of the last few games and stay away from the big mistakes, this should be a game to put into the win column. Jay Cutler and the Broncos have shown they can score, but not stop much else so it is up to the Jets running game to make this a long battle limiting their explosive offense.

Denver: 17 - Jets: 27
