Indeed they did spend a bunch of money to replace Kendall but Faneca is a 7 time pro-bowler in his 10 seasons in the league and at 31 years old he has a solid 5 more years ahead of him. I love the moves all around - the big guys in the middle win games in the end.
It is an interesting tactic, since they were so tight with money last year.
I like the strategy the way it leads up to the draft, leaving fewer and fewer needs and presenting more wants.
