Jet Kingdom was born in the Spring of 2004 with the official announcement that the New York Jets were moving back to New York City and into a brand new stadium on the West Side.

Jet Kingdom started off as West Side Jets (www.westsidejets.com) when the plans for the new stadium on the West side of Manhattan were released. We followed the news, the drama and ultimately the demise of the plan.

With the death of the stadium in August of 2005 so too died the WestSideJets.com. There was a brief moment of light when it looked like a Queens stadium could be done, but that too quickly died. Being sneaky sorts, we doubled down on Queens County Jets (.com of course) but that plan too died a quick death.

Jet Kingdom, like the Phoenix, was born out of the ashes as a new place for news, information and articles on the New York Jets.
