Re: Bye Week Blues - Podcast Discussion

My Knight of the half: Leon Washington. Why: Because in the midst of a terrible season, his kick returns have at least made some games entertaining to watch. He has more than filled in for Justin Miller. He consistently gives us good field position, it's not his fault that the offense has not produced, because he keeps giving them a good shot.

Runner-ups:

David Harris. Didn't give it to him because he only played two games before the half.

Darelle Revis. Despite having some back luck, he has performed adequately at CB covering some of the best receivers in the NFL. That's more than I expected.

Jericho Cotchery. One of the few players on the team that has overachieved this season. Almost beat out Washington for the Knight.

Fool of the half:
Eric Mangini. Indeed, it does all boil up to the top, and the offseason was his to ruin.

Runner ups:
The entire defensive unit, with the exception of the rookies: they look confused out there every 4th quarter.

Mike Nugent: much worse than last year. I don't think we can trust him to hit from 35 yards.
